What are the eligibility criteria for referrals?
The referral will be eligible only if: • The referee is not already present in the Brick & Bolt database. • The referee successfully starts a project within 6 months of referral submission.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
Yes, a user can refer up to 10 people using the customer app.
When will I receive my referral payout?
You will receive the payout once the referee’s project has officially started. The finance team will reach out to you within 7 days of project handover to process the payment.
How much commission do I earn per successful referral?
The referral commission is based on the project value: • 1st referral: 0.5% of the project value. • 2nd referral: 0.75% of the project value. • 3rd referral onwards: 1% of the project value.
How can I track the status of my referrals?
You can track your referral requests under the "Referral Status" section in the customer app. The status will be updated as the referral progresses through different stages.
